Great food and service. I just wish I was offered the option to sit in the bar area or not. I personally would have waited for a booth. I will just ask next time. But yes, love the burgers and fries. Service is pretty good too.

Way over-priced for burgers that are just "ok". Service wasn't great either. Won't be going back.

My favorite place for burgers. Great service. Nice atmosphere. Big screen tvs everywhere to watch news and sports. The cod burger I had was great. The hubby had the veggie burger and he says it was tasty. I also had the cheesecake Mmm. Good Of course we'll be back.

Came over for lunch after leaving Bob Evans. Got the usual..crispy chicken and my daughter got the whiskey river bbq. My chicken came out with grilled onions that must have gotten on the bun from the grill...I hate onions. The server and the manager were OVERLY concerned and apologetic. I actually felt bad sending it back...because they were SO nice!!!! So refreshing to get such OUTSTANDING service! :) Go see Reanna (and management is outstanding too!)

After eating here twice, I finally figured out what these burgers remind me of. With every bite of my burger came back memories of cafeteria school lunches that were long suppressed in the back of my mind. I'm not sure whether or not Red Robin's burger patties are made of low quality beef that is preformed and frozen however IMO they sure do taste like it. Luckily for RR you're able to somewhat mask the taste with the large variety of toppings and types of burgers. I noticed the taste my first time there when I ordered their Red Tavern Double Burger but i kinda shrugged it off thinking it was just that particular style of burger however after coming a 2nd time and trying a different burger, I knew for sure it was the flavor of meat. Most of the burgers were +/- $10 bucks which is pretty standard for a restaurant burger however you get BOTTOMLESS steak fries (or broccoli if you're weird) with your order. Don't forget to season your fries with the Red Robin seasoning on the table. Also unlimited ranch for your dipping pleasure too which is always a plus in my book. Service was good - nothing bad to say about both my times there TL;DR - if it weren't for their unlimited fries, i'd get my burger fix else where

Love the tower of rings. We had the fish n chips. That was good too. The fries are bottomless, but when they bring it, my server brought very small portions. We had the salted caramel malt milkshake but it didnt taste like salted caramel. It had a caramel drizzle on top with a few shakes of salt crystals on top. I wouldnt recommend this flavor. I have to recommend the camp fireside dip and garlic onion dip and roasted green pepper dip Lots of seating. Kinda wierd that you can only enter through the front which is outside the mall. Slightly annoying.

Big, juicy and well-seasoned burgers and hot and crispy fries. What's not to love? :) Best burgers in the business as far as I'm concerned!

Awesome burgers. Actually one of the best burgers ive had was the royal there. 10/10. Server was so nice.

Stephen was an excellent server but that was not the best part of the meal. Ok he was good looking too. I had the turkey burger. It was incredible!!!!!!! Juicy and a touch of spice. What a great combo. DMD got the BBQ chicken salad and said the portion was just right. I tried a can crafted cocktail. Vodka and strawberry ale. It was delicious!!! It's a Wednesday night and not busy at all. Highly recommend!!!! The only down side was the drunk or high guy that was arguing with the server while drool was string from his lips. Yuck!! But don't hold that against RR it was entertainment before our meal. Had it been during would have been a whole other story.

Pros: unlimited root beer floats. Cons: Slow, Slow, Slow, Slow, Slow, Slow. Wait, did I mention slow? Oh, and slow.

I have been to this Red Robin a few times now, and I have yet to have a bad experience. It is close to my work, and could always get a little shopping done right before or right after I eat my meal. I cannot say enough about the unlimited french fries! :) They bring you out a decent amount to start and all you have to do is say the magic word, and they bring you more! The burgers are cooked to order and they have just about any kind of toppings you would want on a burger. You also have the option to create your own burger if something that they have on the menu isn't catching your eye. You can also order any of the burgers with chicken if you would prefer that route! The service is always good and they are always friendly to the customers that come in! They have a "reward" program where if you purchase 9 sandwiches you will get the 10th one for free. (I think those are the numbers, could be buy 7 and get the 8th for free). Either way its nice to have a restaurant that gives back to you for going to there establishment! Again, overall great experience time and time again, and I will continue to go back!

I remember them giving you more fries at one time, at least at other locations they do, burger was good, service was good, it was about 8:00p when we got there so not many other people in the place, got out food quick and server was very attentive.

Really?! This is what I have been missing?! Gourmet burgers & brews?! Nice tag line. For a great burger and an amazing beer, try Engine No. 9! The most exotic choices here were Guiness & Goose Island. Nothing local on draft? What a shame. I had the turkey burger which was overly moist and messy. Fries were cold when delivered & the specialty sauce I requested was out. (Made in-house? I'd assume not.) The replacement fries had been re-dipped in grease & came out abnormally soggy. Just shameful when all you do are burgers & fries. A positive- my server was very pleasant. There are many locally owned businesses doing what RR does infinitely better.

Meh. I've eaten here a few times and each time has been progressively worse. The only thing I like about the place at this point is the fries.

  • Carey F.

Wow! I had the Smoke & Pepper burger which came on a dried out overly toasted ciabatta bun. It just wasn't good! My husband had the Whiskey River BBQ burger which he felt was the worst BBQ burger he's ever had. It didn't even taste like it had BBQ sauce on it. Our waiter seemed really young and nervous and quite obviously did not know the menu. All in all it was pretty bad and we won't be returning. If you're looking for a good burger, check out Engine No 9...it's much better and it's not in a mall!

Wow! Excellent service, even the manager came by and introduced himself shortly after we ordered and offered to help if we needed anything. Very impressive. Our meals came out as ordered with hot fries. Our food was perfect and delicious. Everything was great. A pleasurable experience.

Great new addition to the Tyrone area! I came hear on a Friday afternoon for lunch with one of my buddies. I've been to Red Robin before up north so I already had an idea of what my options were going to be. The inside was very clean and smelled good, not like a dirty fryer. For drinks they offer variety options from fountain drinks, iced teas, shakes, beer, and liquor drinks. I opted to have a raspberry wheat. My beer was ice cold! For food my friend and I shared an appetizer. We had the pick two: fried zucchini and jalepeno coins. They were both equally awesome. The ranch dipping sauce was amazing, so creamy. For my main meal I had the whiskey BBQ burger and I added bacon. It was so delicious! All burgers come with bottomless steak fries and those were great too. I sprinkled the special seasons that is available at the table on fries and it made them even better. The service was good, very attentive. Overall, I had a great lunch and I would love to go back.

Waited for 5 minutes for the bartender. I finally went to the hostess station and asked her to send someone over. Consistent bad service which means management is not any better.

Great food but new staff -- bring patience with your appetite. Its worth the wsit. The burgers are amazing and the refillable fries perfectly seasoned.

Pretty disappointing experience. ... blue burger had almost no blue cheese. Very slow service and they were not busy at all. The fries were not warm enough, nothing more disappointing then lukewarm fries. Server was friendly but not good with following up with you.

In most cases, this review would be end with the phrase "I'll never eat at this restaurant again." Not this time. We had several big problems with our food during our first visit to this new location. It started with our appetizer (Jalapeno Coins and Zuchinni sticks), which did not arrive until after our entrees did. The two different appetizers were also cooked together, and several of the Coins were stuck in the batter of the Zuchinni sticks. Not so bad if you wanted to eat them together, I suppose, but we specifically ordered this appetizer because I wanted one item and my wife wanted the other. Then there was the issue of our entrees. I got the Gardenburger, and it was fine. Good, even. But I really enjoy Gardenburgers, so that wasn't such a stretch. My wife ordered a Cheeseburger. When ordering, she was given the option of "pink" or "not pink." She chose "not pink." Her burger was decidedly pink. Even cold on the inside. We didn't take advantage of the "bottomless" fries that came with our burgers, because the ones that we got were overcooked (some were even burnt). Now...Here's why this location will eventually get another chance. The manager came to our table several times during the meal. He was the one who first found out about our appetizers, and when we asked him to just remove the order from the ticket he offered to bring them to us anyway, free of charge. He came back to check on us again later and was the one who got the "bad news" about the under-cooked burger. He offered to make my wife another one, but at this point we were pretty much over the whole experience, and it was obvious there were some major issues going on in the kitchen. Not only did he take the burger off of the check as well, but he gave my wife a $15 gift card and asked us to come back and give them another chance. This is a relatively new location, so it's our hope that the issues that we encountered were simply a result of working out the kinks. Our waiter, Jeff, and Mike the Manager really went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable, and for that reason alone we'll give them a few months to figure things out.

Omg. Red Robin has done it again. Cant go wrong with fries and the Whiskey River BBQ Burger (a little pink, of course). Wash it down with a Speckled Lemonade or two. And with the boneless bbq wings as an appetizer, I think we are set. Yummmm.

Ate here on Friday, July 25, for lunch. Disappointed that there was no host or hostess to seat us when we arrived. When we left there was no one to thank us for coming, and as such, there was no one there to seat the next customer. I hate the restaurants that have four or more people hanging on the hostess stands, but to have no one is even worse. Other than that the food was very good. The freckled fruit salad is a great offering for those of us who get too many fries! Pomegranate iced tea is very good!

3 stars for food. 5 stars for service. Sat at the bar and ate a ten dollar and 85 cents chicken sandwich.Which was promoted on a specialty menu. What it look like on the menu of course was not what it look like when it was delivered. Had to pick up the bun to find the guacamole not much cheese either. Chicken was small sized too but tasty.

I did the trial run at Red Robin last week. They just opened this past Monday and we were able to go last week, and it was completely free. Oh me, Oh my. It was a good experience. I would say an entirely filling experience as well. My husband and I split a Bonsai burger which is the best burger ever marinated in teriyaki. We also split the prime rib burger. Which, eh, do not honestly care for bc I loved the burger so much. They also let us try their boneless chicken wings yum, and also had their regular fries and sweet potato fries. Don't forget the huge dessert ever with oreo cookie on the bottom and chocolate ice cream on the top. Washed it down speckled strawberry lemonade so good and so filling. It was a good experience, and the service was pretty good. The décor of pictures on the ceiling were super cool and different. the lighting was a bit dark. it was a good experience and will be back again. Wish they could have an outside seating or seating that is in the outside part of the hallway of the mall.

This was my first experience at Red Robin. The sever we had was super friendly and when we had an issue with the food he took care of it right away. Overall the food was adequate. I think some burgers are better than others. We really enjoyed the salted Carmel milkshake.

I'm not huge on the whole menu, but ALL of the Burger's are great! My favorite is the unlimited fries! I'm happy they put this restaurant close to us now cause I've always have heard of it, but wasn't close enough to try. A must try for everyone!

This was the worst experience at red Robin we've had. 1. Our waitress arrived, took drink orders and returned over 7 minutes later with wrong drinks. We had to ask a different waitress for sweetener. 2. While taking our order, our waitress appeared to me under the influence of something. Her demeanor and responses to our order made us fully aware at the time of ordering the order was going to be wrong. And it was. 3. We ordered French onion soup, bowl, the brought three cups, said they were out if bowls, the restaurant was at 50% capacity. 4. We ordered gets extra crispy, they came our regular, my chicken sandwich had bacon on it, which it neither came with or was ordered. 5. We reordered the fries, the manager came out and said ten minutes. We were done eating by then. 6. We also ordered Arctic cod fish and chips, the fish was sitting in some liquid and the batter was all soggy. Not good! We will not visit that location again. We will be posting this on trip advisor and yelp.

What a joke. I caanot believe that they would advertise a half asked McDonalds burger for gourmet. If they think the burgers we got looked anything like on the menu , they need glasses. Bun soggy, meat undercooked and was the same prepacked meat that is used at fast food chains. A gourmet burger should be a good quality real ground meat, not pre packaged junk. In fact, a whopper is much better and for a third of the price. Terribly dissapointing. Do not waste your money. This place will be out of business if they do not get a real chef who hand makesthe burgers llike a real restaurant. Why pay 10 bucks for a McDonalds burger

This was my first time eating at a Red Robin, and sadly, it was totally underwhelming. The food was mediocre, and the atmosphere was rushed and generic. It was your typical "mall restaurant" full of pissed off shoppers eating bottomless fries.

Great burger place with a lot on the menu to satisfy. The staff here are great. Bartender Stacy is warm and friendly and always willing to keep you entertained. The burgers here are juicy, big and sure to cure the hunger. Mgmt. seems to have a great handle on this store - the manager comes out to every customer during their visit and asks how things are/were. I like that. It shows they care. Full-bar, great seating areas throughout the store give customers great views of the large HDTV's showing sports games. I am a definite fan.

One of the best burgers I've had. Wait staff where a little slow but burgers where cooked correct and full of flavor. RR is now my # 1 burger place.

Burger was okay not the best we've had, service slow, fries not too bad. If you're in the mall and in the mood for a burger or chicken sandwich and all you can eat steak fries, go for it. If you aren't at the mall there are much better places to go for similar but tastier fare.

Wow! Our first time ever eating at a Red Robin, but it definitely won't be our last. One of my husband's favorite meals is burgers, so he knows what's good and what's not. He usually goes for an all-American type burger, so he chose the Gourmet Cheeseburger, cooked medium and said it was cooked perfectly. (They ask "pink or no pink"). It comes with pickle relish, but he switched that out for regular dill pickle slices instead, and lettuce, tomato, ketchup. He said it was one of the best burgers in town! I had the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken wrap. It has grilled chicken that's marinated in their Whiskey River BBQ sauce and comes inside a spinach tortilla with grilled chicken strips, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and a little ranch dressing. It was excellent! The BBQ sauce it a little tangy, a little sweet, and has a hint of a buffalo flavor. I could eat it with a spoon! The french fries are very good, on the thick-cut side, and are endless. They come with most meals, but they'll bring them to you by the basket full as many times as you ask. Be sure to sprinkle the seasoned salt on top! The service was top-notch, and we were visited by the manager who asked if we had been well taken care of. He even paused to chat for a moment, so we could tell he truly cared that we were happy with the service. We will definitely be back many times in the future.

I did the trial run at the new Red Robin at Tyrone Mall. That was something I never had the chance to do before. I'm glad that I got the opportunity! The place was very nice. I got the Whiskey River Burger. There were a good amount of toppings and it was very tasty. The only thing I didn't like about the burger was I wanted it rare, but there was no pink inside the burger. I got a side order of fries. I've heard people say that the fries are wonderful. I have to disagree, they were good but not great. The waitress was very nice and funny. Overall, I look forward to going back.

The other night was my first time eating at Red Robin after wanting to eat here for years. I wasn't really impressed. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great, and "Gourmet Burgers" in the name makes me think it should be great. We met another couple there who had already been seated and had placed their drink order. It took at least 10 minutes for the server to come back over and tell us she'd be right back to take our orders. Not the greatest start, but no biggie. We weren't in that much of a hurry, just thirsty. They have a decent beer and drink selection. I went for the Berry Margarita which was sweet, but good. They had two pages of burger options but to me the options weren't really what I had expected. They try to offer burgers outside of the norm, but the combinations didn't appear to work together. I settled on the Bacon Cheeseburger, always a good burger choice. It was ok, just nowhere close to other great burgers I've had for half the price. $10 burgers should stand out and it just didn't. My husband ordered the Smoke and Pepper burger which claimed to be one of its finest and it fell extremely short of that. Be prepared to pay $14 for this burger! The fries are very good and bottomless, and they offer some great dipping options besides the usual ketchup. I had the smoked bacon and it was pretty tasty. Overall it wasn't a bad experience it was just disappointing given the expectations. I don't know if I will be back unless under circumstances out of my control.
